How to make a keyboard for your doll

A couple of days ago, I got the AG magazine. I was so pleased this time to find that they had a section on how to make different instruments for your doll! But today, I made the piano. Since I didn't have the right materials, I made it my own way! Of course, the one I made doesn't have legs...
Materials:
black paint
piano keys(print outs at http://www.americangirlmagazine.com/, go to start the fun)
tape
paint brush
shoebox lid

Okay, first, paint the outside of the shoebox lid with the black paint.
Then, once it dries, tape the piano keyson the edge of the box(look at the last pic) and voila! Your keyboard is finished!
If you want to add legs, here's what you need:
2 tissue rolls
black paint

What you do is paint both rolls black(maybe some silver paint on the bottom) then balence the keyboard on top!
Good luck!

Add a little sparkle to your doll's shoes

Hey girls! Just wanted to tell you all about something I did recently. I bought some stick on gems and put three yellow ones on to Connie's(who is my AG doll) shoes, and it added a touch of herself. Let your doll sparkle! Make her feel one of a kind!

How to make a super simple bed

Hey people! Okay, picture this: You arrive home and there is a package on the ground, you open it and to be shocked that it was your first ever American Girl doll! Inside included clothes but there was no furniture. So, C-Dog comes along to show you how to make a bed!!!!! First, you'll need the box your doll came in.
Take out your doll(of course) and fill it up with poly-fill or any filling you think would feel nice:)

Than stick a medium sized towel on top of it(if you put in a lot of poly-fill,like me, try to find a heavier towel)
Add a pillow and some blankets(if you don't have doll sized blankets, using a towel or a bandanna will work just as well)
All done! There! Now you can solve the problem of no furniture!

No sew or glue pillow!

That's right girls! No glue or sewing allowed in this super 1 minute project! All you need is:
~a stapler with staples
-Scrap fabric that's twice as long as you want it
~fluff, poly-fil, whatever you want in your pillow.
First, fold your fabric in half,
Staple 2 sides leaving on open
Stuff with fluff or poly-fil(what I used)
Staple that end...
All done!!!!!
